Surface Set Diamond Bits

Surface set diamond bits are made up of large diamond particles, steel body and tungsten carbide powder. In the plastic formation, we choose surface set drilling bits or multiple drill bit to broken rock by using the cutting action, which is similar to the metal cutting process.

1. Surface set diamond bits feature simple structure, high strength, high wear resistance and high impact ability.
2. In soft medium hard formation, it has advantage of high drilling speed, lots of cumulative process, long service life, stable work, good pore forming quality and adaptable ability to high speed (400 RPM).
