Wire Line Drill Pipe

This wire line drill pipe is the equipment that connects the drilling tools and drilling bits, which is used to transmit torsion. It is mainly composed of a tube body and the two end connectors with screw thread connection. The wire line core drilling rod features good wear resistance, optimal tensile strength capacity and good tensional property. It is packed in iron stand.

Features

1. The body of the wire line drill pipe chooses 42MnMoB material, which has excellent mechanical properties. Both ends after tempering process, the body has heat treatment, core drilling rod end yield strength increased from 620MPa to 955MPa, so it is suitable for deep within 2000 meters of deep well work.
2. The joint was made of 30CrMnSiA material, which was after conditioning treatment and in order to obtain the best comprehensive mechanical properties
3. The thread was a dissymmetry buckle, which research and development by independence. It is easy to buckled, and can effectively prevent tripping. All the thread was shaped by numerical control lathe blade, and it is with precision concert and strong interchangeability.
4. Thread sealing grease should be used when connecting the core drilling rod and the joint, and hammer knocking should be prohibited.
5. During the relocation of drill pipes, the thread protector should be screwed on the threaded parts so as to protect it from damages.
